Why is it that all you "pros" either don't know how to fish for Walleye from the bank, or don't believe that any respectable walleye angler would be caught dead fishing from the bank? You do realize, don't you that not everyone has or can afford a boat, motor, etc. So why not teach good walleye fishing techniques for those of us less fortunate anglers?
I'll jump on board with that request as well. I'm sure the comments are monitored and you would think with all the advertising done in these videos and pages, they'd at least respond. I'd rather hear "you can't bank fish for this species or that species, go sit in an inner tube" than no response at all.
Why don't you start a bank fishing show, with you own tips and tactics.
I have caught many walleye from the bank of the St. Clair river mostley at night with a glow in the dark pencil plug or a jig and glow body. I have caught walleye fishing wiggle warts and deeper crankbaits in lake Charlivoix while wade fishing for bass.
Good luck fishing and I think we are all fortunate that some people share their secrets with us. Even though they may not be particularily directed at our type of fishing, the knowledge is always useful in many situations
