Phil Kelly has been hunting since he was young. He has harvested Trophy Whitetail from all across the country, as well as many Grand Slams of turkey. He has also served as a guide and outfitter in many states, including Florida as an Osceola turkey hunt outfitter.

An outdoor cameraman for over 15 years, Phil has video taped hundreds of successful hunts on a wide range of game animals, but mostly big Whitetail Bucks and big gobblers.

Phil began his outdoor TV career as a videographer, then expanded his skills to editing. He and his wife Norie launched PNK Outdoor Productions, LLC, a video production company concentrating on quality outdoor TV shows, commercials and DVDs.

Continuing his upward climb, Phil began producing shows for both the Sportsman's channel and Men's Outdoor and Recreation channel. He and Norie produced and co-hosted the show Outdoor Obsession . Phil was later hired to tape, edit and co-host Trophy Quest Outdoors for the Men's Outdoors and Recreation channel (MOR). He also produced and edited Paintball World TV News which aired on MOR . With he and his wife hosting the show, it rapidly became the number one paintball show in the country and retained a strong following until the channel went off the air. Phil's work has also appeared on other TV shows such as Knockout Hunting Adventures and others.

Phil is now concentrating his experience to producing The Pro Team Challenge. He has put together an outstanding assortment of Pro Teams made up of dedicated hunters and cameramen from across the country. Together they travel to their "Outfitting Partners" for exciting hunts capturing the adventure on video to share with you, the viewer. Not to be excluded, Phil is also competing in The Pro Team Challenge, with the prize being their choice of either an exciting elk hunt in Colorado OR a three day Alabama rut hunt in January.
