"Fishing South Florida" is unlike any other fishing program you've ever seen. We take our viewers "From The Tackle Shop To The Table Top." Show host Carlos Lima, a longtime resident of South Florida and avid angler, shares lots of tricks and tips from the experts including seasoned charter captains & professional guides, guest chefs and fellow anglers in these informative adventures.

The shows feature deep sea, offshore, backwater, pier fishing and so much more from all around South Florida. Additionally the programs address fish migration and where to search, choice of bait, proper rigging, use of tackle & lures and much, much more. Each episode features a specialty segment covering something interesting about the area or region where we fish. Topics may include the environment, boat or personal safety tips, antique collections of reels & lures, equipment and gear maintenance with experts in these fields.

Fishing makes you hungry, so in every episode, Carlos talks with a different guest chef, from popular South Florida restaurants to learn the most delicious way to prepare that day's catch. Finally Carlos and his guest enjoy the finely prepared signature dish, topping off an exciting day of fishing along South Florida's coastline.
