Pennsylvania Hunter Is Winner of MyOutdoorTV.com’s Outdoor Adventure Sweepstakes

June 20, 2008 (Nashville) - Justin Brasington of Erie, Pennsylvania is the winner of MyOutdoorTV.com's first Outdoor Adventure Sweepstakes that awards him and a friend the opportunity to join a popular outdoor TV or radio host for a hunting or fishing adventure.   As an avid hunter, Brasington has chosen to hunt with Bill Miller, host of North American Hunter television show.

"I've been a life member of North American Hunting Club for 10 years, so I've read Bill Miller's articles in the magazine, watched him on TV, and now I watch him on MyOutdoorTV.com," said Brasington.  "He seemed like someone I'd enjoy spending time with and hunting with, so he was my choice."  Miller has arranged for a late December whitetail deer hunt in South Dakota for the winner.  Joining Brasington on the hunt will be his friend Joe Ferrare.

Brasington said he learned about the contest from a television advertisement for it, and he promptly went to MyOutdoorTV.com to enter.  It was his introduction to the online video site, and he says he now logs on to watch videos several times a week.

"You can pick anything you want to watch, and there it is," he commented.  Sometimes I watch elk, caribou, moose, or other kinds of hunts I've never had the opportunity to do, and other times I watch deer or turkey hunts to get pointers.  It's really a great site."

Brasington, 32, began hunting  at age 12 when his uncle introduced him to the sport.  He now hunts whitetails, turkeys, and small game in Pennsylvania with bow, rifle, and shotgun.  He is married and has two young children.
