MyOutdoorTV.com announces the launch of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service series on its "State Explorer" section in conjunction with National Wildlife Refuge Week, being celebrated October 7-13, 2007.  The week is designated to highlight the six recreation uses offered on national wildlife refuges:  hunting, fishing, wildlife photography, wildlife observation, environmental education, and interpretation.
