Dave's Deer Sausage

Description

This lean and smokey sausage is delicious by itself or in your favorite dish.

  • 2 lbs Ground Venison
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seed
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 and 1/2 tbsp Canning Salt

Methods/steps

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. In a double wrap aluminum foil sheet, roll into a log shape, wrap and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
