Pecan orchards in the fall provide excellent places to set up and call in crows. Try learning a feeding call using a mouth blown call. If they go several hundred yards and sit in trees after you shoot a volley or two, switch to a death call and get another round of fire in. When that group leaves, be patient and a new group may come in soon to provide more action. Go back to the feeding call.
Dress out the breast just like you do a dove so all you have is the two lobes of meat attached to the breast bone. Marinate in Dale's or Allegro liquid seasoning in a zip lock baggie. After marinating overnight in fridge, drain and make a small slit on each side of the center bone. Into the small slit, push in a jalapeno slice. Wrap with bacon and hold together with a toothpick. Grill on charcoal until done but not til meat becomes dry. If you dont publicize the fact this is crow, many folks won't even be able to tell it after prepared this way.
