Miss Vickey’s Venison Lasagna (Video Included)

Wild Ohio: Try out this great venison version of the Italian classic.
Ingredients:
- 2lbs Ground vineson
- 2 tbsp Parsley flakes
- 2.5 tps salt
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 24oz crushed tomatoes
- 3 cups cream style cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 10oz lasagna noodles
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 12oz tomatoes paste
- 2 eggs
- Mozzerella Cheese, 1lb (for ingredients)
Directions:
Brown the meat in a skillet and add the spices, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese, eggs ad Parmesan cheese. Place half the noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over noodles, then spread half the Mozzarella cheese and then half the meat sauce. Repeat layers, saving a little of the Mozzarella. Then top with the remaining Mozzarella in a preheated oven at 375 for 30 minutes. Cool slightly.
